On March 19, 2024, Ukraine is expected to have cloudy weather. Western regions are forecasted to have snow, which will turn into rain during the day, and there may be icy patches on the roads. The wind will be northwest, with speeds ranging from 7 to 12 meters per second. The overnight temperature is expected to range from 0 to 5 degrees below zero Celsius, while during the day it will be between 1 and 6 degrees above zero Celsius.
The rest of the country will experience rain, with possible wet snow at night. In the regions of Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, and in Crimea, fog is expected at night and early in the morning. The wind will be southeast, with speeds of 5 to 10 meters per second. Overnight temperatures will range from 3 degrees Celsius to 2 degrees below zero (1-6 degrees Celsius in Crimea), while during the day temperatures will range from 4 to 9 degrees Celsius, reaching up to 13 degrees Celsius in the southeast of the country.
In the Carpathian Mountains, the weather will be precipitation-free at night, with possible wet snow during the day. Wind gusts may reach 15-20 meters per second. Overnight temperatures will be between 4 and 9 degrees below zero Celsius, while during the day it will range from 4 degrees below zero to 1 degree above zero Celsius.
