On February 16, 2024, in Ukraine, the wind will be south-easterly, in the southern part north-easterly, at 5-10 m/s, with gusts up to 15-20 m/s in Pryazovia during the day.
It will be cloudy (partly cloudy in western regions). In the northeastern part, at night and in Kyiv, Cherkasy, and Kirovohrad regions, there will be light snow with rain in some places, with no precipitation elsewhere. Fog is expected at night and in the morning in western and northern regions.
The temperature in the eastern and Sumy regions will be 1-6°C below freezing at night, around 0°C during the day; on the rest of the territory, it will be 2°C above freezing to 3°C below at night, and 1-6°C above during the day, with temperatures reaching 6-11°C in the west of the country and the south of the Odesa region; in the Carpathians, temperatures will range from 2-7°C below freezing at night to 3-8°C above during the day.
