On January 25, 2024, in Ukraine, the wind will be southwest and west at 7-12 m/s, with gusts reaching 15-20 m/s in western, Vinnytsia, and northern regions during the night. The sky will be cloudy with wet snow and rain. In Ukraine, except for the south, there may be local accumulation of wet snow with icy road conditions, especially in the eastern regions where occasional freezing is expected.
The temperature throughout the day will range from 1°C below zero to 4°C above zero, with nighttime temperatures dropping to 3-8°C below zero in the eastern and southeastern regions. In the daytime, the southernmost parts of the country will experience temperatures ranging from 2°C to 7°C above zero.
In the Carpathians, there will be snow, blizzards, and wind gusts of 19-24 m/s, with temperatures ranging from 0°C to 5°C below zero throughout the day.
