On January 20, 2024, in Ukraine, the wind will be northwesterly and westerly at 7-12 m/s. It will be cloudy with some clearings. In the southern part, eastern, and Dnipropetrovsk regions, there will be wet snow and rain, with occasional sticking of wet snow and ice; the temperature at night and during the day will range from 1°C below freezing to 4°C above freezing, in Crimea 2-7°C above freezing.
In the rest of the territory, there will be moderate snow at night, with some light snow in western regions, and during the day, there will be no significant precipitation; the temperature at night will be 3-8°C below freezing, in the Carpathians 10-15°C below freezing, and during the day 0-5°C below freezing.
Icy conditions are expected on the roads throughout the country, except for Crimea and the Azov region.
