Precipitation and Weather Conditions: Cloudy skies are noted. There is a forecast for light rain in Zakarpattia and the south-eastern part, as well as snow and wet snow in the north-eastern regions and the Carpathians. It is crucial to consider the possibility of wet snow accumulation and freezing rain. In the southern part, no precipitation is expected during the day.
Road Conditions: Icy patches on roads are possible at night and in the morning, especially in northern and north-eastern regions.
Temperature Regime: Night temperatures will range from 1-6°C. In the Kharkiv, Poltava, and Kyiv regions, temperatures will fluctuate from 2°C above zero to 3°C below freezing. During the day, a thermal decline is expected with temperatures ranging from 3-8°C. It is noted that in Zakarpattia, Prykarpattia, and the southern part, temperatures will rise to 7-12°C. While in Chernihiv and Sumy regions, temperatures will range from -6 to -11°C at night and from -1 to -6°C during the day.
