On December 30, 2023, in Ukraine, the wind will be southwesterly, transitioning to northwesterly, at 7-12 m/s, with isolated gusts of 15-20 m/s in the Carpathians.
The sky will be partly cloudy with occasional clearings. There will be no precipitation except for a slight rain (mixed with wet snow at night) in the Carpathian region, and during the day, sporadic light rain in the northern part. In the southern and central regions, there will be local fog at night and in the morning.
The temperature at night will range from 4 degrees Celsius above zero to 1 degree Celsius below zero, and during the day, it will be 4-9 degrees Celsius, with temperatures of 7-12 degrees Celsius in the southern part and the Carpathians.
