Cloudy with clearings. Small (moderate at night in the northern and central regions) rains, in the east of the country with wet snow, in most of the western regions and Odesa region at night without precipitation. On the roads of the country, except for the southern part, there is ice in some places.
The temperature at night and during the day is 0-5 degrees, at night in the eastern regions from 2 degrees to 3 degrees below zero, during the day in the southern part and in the Carpathian region it is 3-8 degrees.
