In the western regions, moderate, sometimes heavy snow at night, blizzards in some places, the temperature at night and during the day is 1-6 degrees below zero.
In the northern, Vinnytsia, Cherkasy, Poltava and Kharkiv regions, snow and rain, heavy precipitation at night and in the morning, wet snow sticking in places, ice, temperature during the day from 3 degrees below zero to 2 degrees Celsius.
In the rest of the territory, there is moderate, in some places heavy rain, the temperature at night is 1-6 degrees Celsius, during the day 5-10 degrees Celsius.
There is ice on the country's roads in places.
