On November 19, 2023, the wind in Ukraine is mainly northeast, 7-12 m/s, in the southern, eastern, Kirovohrad and Dnipropetrovsk regions gusts of 15-20 m/s, in Odesa region at night and in the morning in places 25-27 m/s.
Cloudy with clearings. Moderate rain at night in the southern part, heavy rain in the south of Odesa and Crimea; in the afternoon, moderate rain and sleet in most southern, central and eastern regions. In the rest of the territory there is no precipitation, only in the Carpathians and in the Carpathian region there is a little snow at night.
The temperature during the day in the southern part is 1-6, in the Crimea 5-10 degrees, in the rest of the territory at night 0-5 degrees, during the day from 2 degrees to 3 degrees, in Transcarpathia up to 5 degrees.
