In Ukraine, the time of the second time zone (Kyiv time) is UTC + 2 (in summer - UTC + 3). The transition takes place on the night of March 26-27, 2022 at 3 o'clock at night 1 hour ahead. The clock is shifted in order to save electricity and extend daylight.
Modern technology (computers, smartphones, smart watches, etc.) translate the clock itself, the transfer should be done only on outdated or push-button phones.
