It is cloudy with clearings in the western regions; moderate, heavy rain in some places, temperature at night 2-7 degrees Celsius, during the day 7-12 degrees, in Transcarpathia 15-20 degrees (in the Carpathian highlands at night and during the day 2-7 degrees Celsius).

In the rest of the territory, changeable cloudiness, without precipitation, only in Zhytomyr region and Vinnytsia region short-term rain in places, temperature at night 1-6 degrees Celsius, on the surface of the soil (in Chernihiv region and Sumy region and in the air) frosts 0-5 degrees, in the south of the country 4-9 degrees Celsius, daytime temperature 9-14, in the southern and southeastern parts 15-20.
