In the rest of the territory there is no precipitation, the temperature at night is 1-6 degrees Celsius, in the western, most northern, Vinnytsia and Cherkasy regions frosts in the air are 0-5, in Sumy, Poltava, Kirovohrad, Odesa and Mykolaiv regions there are frosts on the surface of the soil 0-3, the temperature 10-15 heat during the day.
In the Carpathian highlands, there is no precipitation, the temperature at night is 0-5 degrees below zero, during the day it is 1-6 degrees of heat.
