In the northern, at night and in the western and central regions, there is a little wet snow (moderate at night in the extreme north), in the eastern regions, precipitation is mainly in the form of rain (in the daytime, little), in the rest of the territory, there is no significant precipitation. On the roads, except for the south and east, there is ice in places.
The temperature at night in the western, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Vinnytsia and Cherkasy regions is 0-5 degrees below zero, in the rest of the territory from 3 degrees to 2 degrees below zero, in Donetsk and Luhansk regions it is 1-6 degrees below zero; 0-5 degrees Celsius during the day, 3-8 degrees Celsius in Transcarpathia and the southeastern part, 7-12 degrees Celsius at night in the Carpathians, 2-7 degrees Celsius during the day.
