In the western regions, it is cloudy with clearings, light rain in places at night, moderate rain with sleet during the day; the temperature at night is 2-7 degrees Celsius, during the day it is 4-9.
In the rest of the territory, variable cloudiness, no precipitation, only in the eastern regions during the day a little rain in places, the temperature at night from 3 degrees Celsius to 2 degrees below zero, during the day 9-14 degrees Celsius. In the southern part, there is fog at night and in the morning.
