On February 25, 2023, in Ukraine, the wind will be southwesterly with a transition to the west, 7-12 m/s, gusts of 15-20 m/s in the afternoon, gusts of 25-30 m/s in the Carpathian highlands, blizzard.
Cloudy with clearings. At night in most regions there is light sleet and rain, in the afternoon in the western, northern and Vinnytsia regions moderate rain (in the Carpathians there is significant snow, in Transcarpathia there is significant precipitation), in the rest of the territory there is no significant precipitation. At night and in the morning there is ice in places on the Left Bank.
The temperature at night is from 4°C to 1°C, in the eastern regions it is 2–7°C, during the day it is 6–11°C, in the central regions and the southern part it is 12–17°C, in the Carpathians and the eastern regions it is 2–7°C.
