On February 19, 2023, in Ukraine, the wind is northwesterly, 7-12 m/s, gusts of 15-20 m/s in places, 25-30 m/s in the Carpathians.
Cloudy with clearings. In the southern part, western and Vinnytsia regions, moderate rain (with sleet at night), heavy snow in the Carpathians, heavy rain in Transcarpathia, small precipitation in places in the rest of the territory. On the Left Bank and in the Carpathians, there is ice on the roads in some places.
The temperature at night is from 3°C to 2°C, during the day 3-8°C, in the southern part and Transcarpathia at night 1-6°C, during the day 7-12°C.
