Cloudy with clearings. In the western, northern, and Vinnytsia regions, in the Crimea, there is light snow during the day and in the southern part, in the rest of the territory there is no significant precipitation.
There is ice on the roads in some places.
The temperature at night is 4-9 degrees below zero, in Transcarpathia up to 15 degrees below zero, during the day 0-5 degrees below zero, in the Carpathians at night 12-17 degrees below zero, during the day 5-10 degrees below zero.
