Cloudy with clearings. Moderate snow in the western regions, significant snow, blizzard in Transcarpathia and Prikarpattia, light snow in the rest of the territory, light wet snow in the southern part, rain in the Crimea. There is ice on the country's roads in some places.
The temperature at night is 1-6 degrees below zero, in the Carpathians up to 8 degrees below zero, during the day from 3 degrees below zero to 2 degrees below zero, in the south of the country it is 0-5 degrees below zero.
