Cloudy with clearings. Wet snow and rain in the west, during the day and in the Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr and Kyiv regions; no precipitation in the rest of the territory. In the Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr and Kyiv regions, there is ice in places, and ice on the roads.
The temperature at night is 3-8 degrees Celsius, in the western regions 1-6 degrees Celsius, during the day 0-5 degrees Celsius, in the southwestern part 1-6 degrees Celsius, in Transcarpathia, southern Odesa and Crimea 5-10 degrees Celsius, in the eastern regions at night 10- 15 degrees below zero, during the day 6-11 degrees below zero.
