The temperature at night and during the day in the northern and western regions is from 1 heat to 4 degrees below zero, in Chernihiv Oblast and Sumy Oblast to 7 degrees below zero, in the rest of the territory 0-5 degrees (in the afternoon in Transcarpathia and in the southern part up to 8 degrees).
