On July 28, 2022, the wind in Ukraine is mainly northerly, 5-10 m/s. In the north-eastern, most of the central regions and in Odesa region, there will be short-term rain and thunderstorms in places, in the rest of the territory there will be no precipitation.
Temperature at night 12-17, on the sea coast up to 20, during the day 24-29, in the southern part, Zakarpattia and Dnipropetrovsk regions 28-33, in the Carpathians 15-20.
