On the night of May 18-19 in the western (except Transcarpathia), Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia regions on the soil surface frost 0-3 (I level of danger, yellow).
On May 16-18, in Ukraine, except for the south-eastern, Kirovohrad, most districts of Mykolayiv, Lviv and Zakarpattia regions, there is an extraordinary level of fire danger.
