Calm and cold weather without precipitation will be formed by a high-pressure area. The country will remain outside the influence of atmospheric fronts, so no precipitation is expected. In Zakarpattia and Prykarpattia, fog may occur locally at night and in the morning.

A cold air mass will remain over Ukraine: nighttime temperatures in most regions will range from +1°C to +6°C, with ground frost and occasional air frost of 0…–3°C; daytime temperatures will be +7°C to +12°C.
