On July 28, 2025, Ukraine will experience east and southeast winds at 7–12 m/s.
In the western regions, as well as Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia regions, it will be cloudy with heavy rain and thunderstorms; nighttime temperatures will range from 14 to 19°C, daytime temperatures from 23 to 28°C.
In most northern, central, Odesa, and Mykolaiv regions, it will be partly cloudy with moderate rain; in Kyiv and Cherkasy regions, there will be localized heavy rain and thunderstorms, with possible hail and gusts of 15–20 m/s in some areas during the day. In the rest of the country, no precipitation is expected. Nighttime temperatures will be 17–22°C, up to 25°C in the south; daytime temperatures will be 29–34°C, with extreme heat of 35–38°C expected in parts of the southern, Kirovohrad, and Dnipropetrovsk regions. In the northern regions, daytime temperatures will range from 27 to 32°C.
