On April 11, 2025, winds in Ukraine will be northwesterly, and in the eastern regions southeasterly, at 7–12 m/s. In the southern, Kirovohrad, and Dnipropetrovsk regions, gusts may reach 15–20 m/s.
Cloudy. Wet snow, sometimes mixed with rain during the day. In Kherson, Mykolaiv, and Kirovohrad regions, heavy wet snow is expected at night and in the morning, along with wet snow accumulation. Only in the northern and Vinnytsia regions will there be no significant precipitation. At night and in the morning, icy conditions are expected on some roads across most regions.
Nighttime air frost of 0–5°C (in Crimea and the Azov region, 1–4°C above zero); daytime temperatures will range from 1–6°C, and up to 8°C in the east. Snow is expected in the Carpathians; temperatures there will be –6 to –11°C at night and –0 to –5°C during the day.
