On April 10, 2025, Ukraine will experience southwesterly winds shifting to northwesterly at 7–12 m/s, with gusts reaching 15–20 m/s during the day in western, Zhytomyr, and Vinnytsia regions.
Weather in most parts of Ukraine will be influenced by atmospheric fronts moving in from the Baltic countries, bringing precipitation (mostly in the form of wet snow). Pressure will be falling.
Moderate wet snow is expected; in the east and southeast, light wet snow and rain (at night, no significant precipitation in most central, Odesa, and Mykolaiv regions).
Icy roads are expected in the western and some northern regions.
A cold air mass will still dominate the country. Nighttime frosts in the air at 0–5°C below zero, daytime temperatures at 1–4°C above zero, and 3–8°C above zero in the east and southeast.
In the Carpathians — heavy snowfall, blizzards; nighttime temperatures at –4 to –9°C, and daytime temperatures at –5 to 0°C.
