Temperatures throughout the day will range from -3 to -8°C in the western, northern, and Vinnytsia regions, while in other areas, temperatures will vary from -4°C to +1°C (at night in the Carpathians, -8 to -13°C; during the day, Crimea and the Azov region will see +2 to +7°C).
