On February 14, 2025, Ukraine will experience a southwesterly wind, shifting to northwesterly in the western regions during the day, with speeds of 7-12 m/s.
Icy roads are expected in the western, some northern regions, as well as in Vinnytsia and Cherkasy regions.
Cloudy skies. In the western regions, light snow with rain is expected; nighttime temperatures will range from 0 to -5°C, while daytime temperatures will be between 0 and +5°C.
In the rest of the country, no precipitation is expected, except for the northern regions, Vinnytsia, and Cherkasy regions, where light snow and sleet may occur during the day. Nighttime temperatures will range from -3 to -8°C, dropping to -13°C in the east, while daytime temperatures will vary from -2°C to +3°C, and in the southern regions, from +4 to +9°C.
