Cloudy skies. At night, in the Left Bank and western regions, and during the day across Ukraine, light wet snow and rain are expected.
In the southern, most central regions, and in Prykarpattia, fog is expected in some places at night and in the morning.
Nighttime temperatures will range from 3°C above zero to 2°C below zero, in Crimea 1-6°C above zero; daytime temperatures will range from 0-5°C above zero, with 6-11°C in the southern regions.
