On January 8, 2025, southern and south-western winds of 7-12 m/s are expected in Ukraine, with gusts of 15-20 m/s in the Carpathians, and during the day in Crimea and the Azov region.
Partly cloudy skies. In the western regions, and in the morning and afternoon in some northern, most central, and Kharkiv regions, light precipitation is expected, mainly in the form of rain; moderate rain with wet snow is forecast overnight in Zakarpattia and the Carpathians. No precipitation is expected in the rest of the country.
In the western regions, some roads may be icy.
Temperatures at night will range from 4°C above zero to -1°C, and during the day, from 3°C to 8°C above zero; in the southern regions, Kirovohrad and Dnipropetrovsk regions, nighttime temperatures will be 2-7°C above zero, and daytime temperatures will reach 9-14°C.
