On December 16, 2024, the wind in Ukraine will predominantly be northwesterly, 7-12 m/s. At night, gusts of 15-20 m/s are expected in western regions, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Kyiv, and Cherkasy regions; during the day, gusts of 25-28 m/s will affect most western, northern, and central regions.
Cloudy skies. Light sleet is expected at night in western, Zhytomyr, and Vinnytsia regions, while moderate sleet and rain are forecast across Ukraine during the day. Occasional icy conditions and wet snow buildup are possible. Roads may have icy patches.
Temperatures in the eastern and northeastern parts of the country will range from -5°C to 0°C at night and from -2°C to +3°C during the day. In other regions, nighttime temperatures will range from +3°C to -2°C, and daytime temperatures will range from +1°C to +6°C, reaching up to +9°C in western regions.
