On November 29, 2024, southeastern winds are expected in Ukraine, shifting to northwestern in the western regions, at speeds of 5-10 m/s.
Cloudy skies. Rain is expected in the western, Zhytomyr regions, and during the day in Kyiv, Chernihiv, Vinnytsia, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, and Odesa regions, with occasional wet snow. No precipitation in the rest of the territory.
In the northern, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi regions, and in the Carpathians, some roads may be icy.
Temperatures throughout the day range from 2°C above zero to -3°C (at night in eastern regions from -1°C to -6°C, during the day in the west and south 3-8°C above zero, in Odesa region and Crimea up to 12°C).
