On November 21, 2024, the wind in Ukraine will predominantly be northwesterly (southerly at night in the Left Bank region), 7-12 m/s. Across Ukraine, except for western and most northern regions, wind gusts of 17-22 m/s are expected. Cloudy skies.
In western regions, moderate snowfall is expected at night, with occasional light snow during the day; nighttime temperatures of 0-5°C, down to -8°C in the Carpathians, and around 0°C during the day.
In Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Vinnytsia, and Cherkasy regions, wet snow and rain are expected, with significant precipitation and sleet accumulation in some areas overnight; temperatures of 0-3°C above zero both day and night.
In the rest of the country, moderate to significant rainfall is forecast; nighttime temperatures of 5-10°C, up to 14°C in Crimea, and daytime temperatures of 7-12°C, reaching 13-18°C in the southeastern regions.
In western, most northern, and Vinnytsia regions, icy roads are expected.
