On November 4, 2024, in Ukraine, winds will shift from southwest to northwest, at 7-12 m/s, with gusts of 15-20 m/s across Ukraine, except for Zakarpattia.
Cloudy with clear spells. In the eastern and northeastern regions, moderate wet snow and rain are expected; in other areas, light rain with occasional wet snow.
Nighttime temperatures will range from 3°C above zero to 2°C below, and 0-5°C in the northern regions; daytime temperatures will be 4-9°C, and in the southern parts, 8-13°C.
