On September 30, 2024, northern winds will prevail in Ukraine, while in the south and east, the winds will be from the east at 7-12 m/s, with gusts of 15-20 m/s in some areas.
In the western regions, Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia oblasts, cloudy weather with rain is expected; at night, significant rain is possible in Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, and Khmelnytskyi oblasts. Night temperatures will range between 4-9°C, and daytime temperatures between 8-13°C. In the highlands of the Carpathians, rain and sleet are forecasted, with temperatures between 0-5°C day and night.
The rest of the country will experience variable cloudiness with no precipitation, except for Kyiv and Chernihiv oblasts, where there may be brief showers at night. Night temperatures will range between 9-14°C, up to 16°C along the coast, and daytime temperatures will range between 20-25°C. In most northern regions, night temperatures will be 6-11°C, and daytime temperatures between 14-19°C.
