Kung Fu Panda

The careless, chubby panda indulges in delicious noodles in his father's home (for some reason, a goose named Mr. Ping). Po (that's the panda-noodle enthusiast's name) dreams of more every second. Po aspires to become a kung fu warrior like the heroes from the "Furious Five" - Monkey (Jackie Chan), Tigress (Angelina Jolie), Mantis (Seth Rogen), Crane (David Cross), and Viper (Lucy Liu). Trying to get into the long-awaited Dragon Warrior selection ceremony, which is meant to protect the town, Po crashes into the temple on fireworks and accidentally fulfills a prophecy. With the decision of the wise turtle Oogway, he becomes the Dragon Warrior. The Furious Five, of course, are dissatisfied with the choice.

From the prison "Chorh-Gom," Tai Lung (Ian McShane), a student of Master Shifu who aspired to be the Dragon Warrior, escapes. Po begins training with Shifu, who promises him a plate of dumplings when Po becomes a kung fu warrior. Meanwhile, the "Furious Five" tries to stop Tai Lung, but they fail. Suddenly, Po and Master Shifu return. Shifu gives Po the Dragon Scroll, which turns out to be empty. Meanwhile, the Furious Five evacuates the Valley of Peace from Tai Lung. During this time, Master Shifu battles his former student. Lung nearly strangles Shifu when Po appears and starts fighting Tai Lung. Finally, Po uses the "Wuxi Finger Hold" on Tai Lung and defeats him.
