National roaming - what to do when there is no signal from your operator

When there is no connection, you can connect to the network of another mobile operator. Your tariff does not change.

Step-by-step instructions:
1. In the settings, turn off network auto-selection
Android: Settings - Mobile Network (or Connection) - Operator
iOS: Settings - Cellular Data - Network Selection
2. Find and select an available network: VODAFONE, UA-KYIVSTAR or lifecell
3. Call, send a messenger message or SMS

If the connection does not appear, try again or select another operator.

Periodically return to the connection to your operator, so as not to overload other networks.
