For the security of Ukrainian data, state registers were turned off, so some digital documents and services were temporarily unavailable. Some registries have already resumed work, including the Unified State Register of Vehicles of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
"Rights" and the technical passport will be pulled into effect automatically after authorization in the application.
We will remind that both the driver's license, and the technical certificate in Diia have the same legal force, as well as plastic analogs. For example, the police do not have the right to ask you for the original document if you have a digital one in use.
